Ashley N. Pickering, M.D.

Board Certified, American Board of Ophthalmology

Dr. Ashley Horn Pickering is a native of Belmont, MS. She treats eye diseases and disorders including cataracts, glaucoma, retinal diseases, macular degeneration, trauma, diabetic retinopathy and more. She performs many types of surgery including cataract surgery, laser cataract surgery, minimally invasive glaucoma surgery, and several laser procedures. She joins Dr. William Brawner and Lee Walker at the clinic and is on the medical staff at North Mississippi Medical Center.


Dr. Pickering earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Mississippi State University in Starkville in 2014 and her medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine in Jackson in 2018. She completed residency training in ophthalmology at Louisiana State University in Shreveport in 2022.


Dr. Pickering is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
