Periodically job openings become available at the Tupelo Eye Clinic. While previous training and work experience are very important, many of our staff have started with no experience and have undergone in-house training, which includes home study courses, personal instruction, and major medical meetings with medical education classes. As our new staff gain experience, we encourage them to become certified with the Joint Commission of Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology.

Above all, we are interested in employees who genuinely love helping others and interacting well in a clinical situations. The focus of our practice is people. Many of our employees have been with us for more than 20 years.
